Audity Labs LLC
Cookie & Privacy Choices Policy
Effective September 16, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy describes the browser storage, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used on Lenscap. It should be read with our Privacy Notice.
2. Necessary technologies
Lenscap uses necessary storage to deliver requested functions, remember security and privacy settings, maintain authentication, prevent abuse, process referrals, and keep the site reliable. These technologies operate even when optional analytics is declined because the site cannot provide the corresponding feature without them.
- Authentication and security: Clerk session and anti-abuse technologies used when account access is available.
- Privacy preferences: a local browser record named
lenscap-privacy-consent-v1that remembers product analytics and ad-measurement choices until changed or cleared. - Referral attribution: an HTTP-only referral cookie and anonymous visitor identifier that ordinarily expire after 30 days when a creator referral link is used.
- Application operation: short-lived security, routing, and preference storage from Lenscap and its infrastructure providers.
3. Optional product analytics
If you enable Product analytics, Firebase Analytics records page visits and named feature interactions so we can measure onboarding, conversion, reliability, and retention. Lenscap disables Google signals, advertising personalization, and automatic page-view collection in this integration. We do not intentionally include prompts, uploaded or generated media, payment details, email addresses, or Lenscap account IDs in analytics event properties.
4. Optional ad measurement
If you separately enable Ad measurement, Meta Pixel may record page views and limited conversion events such as a completed signup or checkout start. This helps measure advertising and may support audience features. Depending on local law, this can be considered sharing or targeted advertising. It stays off unless you affirmatively enable it.
5. Your controls
On your first configured visit, Lenscap offers Accept, Reject optional, and Manage choices. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time to change future collection. Removing browser storage can clear the saved choice and cause the panel to appear again.
Lenscap recognizes supported Global Privacy Control signals for ad measurement. When detected, ad measurement remains off even if a previous browser choice enabled it. Browser blocking tools can also limit technologies, but blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the technologies or purposes materially change. Questions can be sent to support@auditylabs.com.
