YOUR MAPPING, REIMAGINED
Resolume
Use a raster image of your input composition, with every surface in the coordinates of the video you will play.
Check your composition
Record the pixel dimensions of the composition. An advanced-output preset and an image template are different formats; renaming a preset file does not convert it.
Prepare a raster template
Export or capture the exact input composition as PNG, JPEG, or WebP. Keep mapped surfaces, black gaps, and the full canvas visible. Lenscap does not import Resolume XML advanced-output presets.
Inspect the map
Upload the template in Create. Verify the preview against your input composition, including gaps, positions, internal seams, and aspect ratio.
Play and align
Import the downloaded video into Resolume and test it with your existing advanced-output mapping. Input and output geometry need to be paired correctly to avoid mapping the same distortion twice.
