When do my credits refresh or expire?
Understand monthly allowances, purchased credits, and promotional credits.
Subscription credits refresh monthly
Your subscription allowance is available until its next monthly refresh. Unused subscription credits do not roll over: the old allowance expires when the new allowance arrives. Annual plans are billed yearly but still release and refresh credits monthly.
Purchased credit packs are separate and remain available for twelve months from purchase. Promotional and welcome credits ordinarily expire ninety days after issue unless the offer shows another date.
The earliest expiration is used first
When you generate, Lenscap automatically spends credits that expire soonest. Your Account page shows each active balance, its source, and its expiration date.
If a paid renewal fails, a new monthly allowance is not issued until payment succeeds. Your existing projects and completed downloads remain in your account.
