When can I request a refund?
The difference between returned generation credits and payment refunds.
Failed generations return credits
If Lenscap marks a generation as failed because it could not complete, the charged credits are returned automatically. Returned credits keep their original source and expiration, with at least seven days to use them if the original expiration passed while the job was running.
AI output is variable. A technically completed generation is not automatically refundable only because the creative result was not what you hoped for. Contact support when an output is missing, corrupt, or cannot be downloaded.
Payment refunds are separate
An initial subscription purchase or unused credit pack may be eligible for a refund when requested within seven days and none of that purchase's paid credits have been used. Subscription renewals and partially used purchases are ordinarily non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current term.
Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or disputed charges are reviewed separately. Refunded or disputed purchases can have their unused credits removed; if those credits were already used, the account may require manual review before more paid activity. Mandatory consumer rights in your location still apply. Contact support from the email address on your account and include the purchase date and amount, but never send a full card number.
